It utilizes self-priming or vacuum-assisted centrifugal pumps, such as the GEHO types VP and VRP.<\/p><p>Self-priming contractor pumps, like the GEHO type VP, are heavy-duty, single-stage centrifugal pumps with semi-open impellers. They are suitable for pumping contaminated water at capacities up to 850 m\u00b3\/h against a head of 35 meters.
